Here is the recipe:

Ingredients for the Charcuterie Board:

  • 4-6 slices of assorted cold cuts (such as prosciutto, bacon, salami, and turkey)

  • 6-8 bocconcini cheese balls

  • 4-6 ounces of hard cheese (e.g., cheddar, gooda, or manchego)

  • A selection of hard cheese crackers (e.g., whole wheat, rosemary, or sesame)

  • 1/2 cup sweet peppers (a mix of red, yellow, and orange)

  • 4-6 slices of creamy brie cheese

  • 1/2 cup assorted nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Serving Platter: Select a large wooden board, marble slab, or a decorative platter to arrange your charcuterie ingredients. Make sure it's clean and dry.

  2. Arrange the Cold Cuts: Lay out the assorted cold cuts on one side of the board. You can fold, roll, or fan them out for an attractive presentation.

  3. Add the Bocconcini Cheese: Place the bocconcini cheese balls on the board, spacing them evenly between the cold cuts and other items.

  4. Introduce the Hard Cheese and Crackers: Position the slices of hard cheese next to the bocconcini cheese. Arrange a variety of hard cheese crackers around them. This will create a nice contrast in textures.

  5. Scatter Sweet Peppers: Spread the sweet peppers across the board, either by placing them in a small bowl or scattering them between the other ingredients. They add a burst of color and sweetness.

  6. Place the Brie: Position the slices of creamy brie cheese on the board, opposite the hard cheese. This adds a rich and luxurious element to your charcuterie.

  7. Add Nuts: Sprinkle the assorted nuts around the board or in a small bowl. Nuts provide a satisfying crunch and complement the cheese and meats.

  8. And Voilà: Place your charcuterie board in the center of your dining table and serve it with a couple of glasses of your favorite wine.
